What we need

  • ✓ Certified Roofing Contractor (CCC) who will file an after-the-fact roof permit
  • ✓ Certified General Contractor who will file after-the-fact for kitchens, windows, additions
  • ✓ Florida Professional Engineer who will seal as-built drawings

How it works

We send you the address, photos, and city.

You say yes or no for that job.

If yes: PE seals when drawings are needed. Contractor files. Property owner pays city fees. We pay you for the filing or the seal.

We do not ask you to build a new roof or remodel unless the city requires a repair to pass inspection.
